In times as such

I will start this blog off by saying "Thank you, for another day & all that I have." Now, having said that I am hoping everyone who reads my blogs truly take these words & apply them to yourself every single day.

There isn't a day I can recall that I have not been appreciative for everything in & of life. So many people are out there complaining of what they don't have & need. Why not turn it around and appreciate what you do have? It's the tiniest things that matter the most & people take for granted. There are so many things to be grateful for even if you don't believe so at this time.

As many of you know (my life was an open book-literally) so there aren't too many secrets to keep anymore. However; the past few years I have overcome so much that I honestly don't know how I'm still standing here writing. There have always been people telling me how strong I am. I never believed that because a part of me was always crying & afraid in solitude. It wasn't until I found my faith in him that lead me to truly believe he is watching over me. I prayed for signs that he heard my prayers & over the past 2 years he has shown me. It's because of him I am strong.

In times as such we need to believe in faith, positivity and hope for better days and times. The world is a harsh place to be part of these days. If you come across an opportunity for happiness grasp it & don't let it go. Yes, there are so many issues that are happening in every way to stop you from feeling that. You just have to turn it around. For every thing that brings you down look at it differently. Take this for instance.

Two years ago I won my battle with kidney cancer. I started a new life in a new state. A year later began with kidney issues again. I am financially broke but happy to be alive & well. I went from having everything I could possible want to struggling for everything I need BUT ALIVE, WELL & HAPPY.

I do not dwell on what I don't have or lost. I am grateful for all that I do; LIFE. Money comes & goes, be happy for the roof over your head, the food on your table, clothes on your back & the health of your body. Yes, there is so much to worry of but why? What is it going to do? You stress yourself out for the things happening all over the world. When the only thing you need to take care of is yourself.

Whatever the scenario is simply turn it around by not worrying. Stay in faith, surround yourself with positive energy in every possible way. In times as such you may not have tomorrow to be grateful, happy or enjoy what you can right now. Always remember to appreciate the little things that matter the most like clothes, food, housing which are treasures that others desperately need. You can start by spreading hope not fear.

We need to help one another whenever possible in any way possible. You never know who's cries for help are not being heard in times as such...

Till Tomorrow..... )0(
